• As a vintage-focused shop, we generally do not offer exchanges or returns.

  For selected items, exchanges or warranties may be available and will be clearly stated on the individual product page. Please refer to the product description for specific eligibility and conditions.

All items are sold as-is. Many of the pieces we carry were made 50 years ago or more, and therefore we cannot provide warranties. That said, we believe in the lasting value of well-made objects — items that have already lived a full life and continue to age with character.

運送與自取

• 運送途中可能存在損壞風險。本店會提供最妥善的包裝，盡力保護商品，但買家仍需承擔運送過程中的風險。

• 本地買家亦可選擇面交 / 自取。

• 自取時間為指定星期六下午 2:00 至 3:30，地點：1 Spadina Rd, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3M2。

Shipping & Pick-Up

• Shipping carries inherent risks of damage. We provide the most suitable and careful packaging, but buyers acknowledge that they assume the risk during transit.

• For local customers, we also offer a meet-up / pick-up option.

• Pickup is available on selected Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at:1 Spadina Rd, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3M2.

• You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. Please use the link in the email to schedule your pickup.
